Operation Wild Step

Operation Wild Step exists to support wildland firefighters by putting quality boots on the feet of those who need them most. No one should be held back or taken off the fireline because the cost of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) creates a financial barrier to serving.

Through our nonprofit organization, we provide boots, socks, and essential foot care supplies to wildland firefighters who need additional support. Every step we take together helps ensure they can answer the call with confidence.
